The Senior Center (also called the Pleasant Street Center) has just installed a new art hanging system. They asked me to display some art on their walls, so I did that. Here are a couple of photos of my art hanging in the Senior Center.

The Reading Art Association Fall Show is coming up. This is one of our biggest events of the year. It is free and open to the public.
The show is Friday, Nov 2, 2018 7:30-9:3:00 p.m.; Saturday, Nov 3, 2018, 10 a.m. - 4 pm, and Sunday, Nov 4, 2018, 12:30 - 3:30 p.m. The Friday Night Show will open with a reception from 7:30 to 9:30.
Look for my Pen & Ink drawings there. The titles of my entries in the show are "Parker Tavern" and "Doubling Point Light".

The Reading Art Association Spring Show has been an institution in Reading, MA since 1959. It has always been an excellent show exhibiting the works of local artists. It is free and open to the public.
The show is Friday, May 4, 8 201 7:30-9:3:00 p.m.; Saturday, May 5, 2018, 10 a.m. - 4 pm, and Sunday, May 6, 2018, 12:30 - 3:30 p.m. The Friday Night Show will open with a reception from 7:30 to 9:30.
Look for my painting there. The title of my entry in the show is "Private Road".

My painting, Parker Tavern is on display at Whitelam Books in downtown Reading, MA. This is a new bookstore in Reading, and it is definitely worth a visit. You can find the store at 610 Main St. Reading, MA. Look for the painting over the fireplace. The painting will be in place through the months of March and April.

The paintings are hanging in the Library meeting room upstairs. Because they are in the meeting room, if a meeting is in progress it is not possible to see the art work. Please call ahead or check the Wilmington Public Library web site for the meeting room schedule before heading over to see the paintings. The paintings are in the Large Conference Room.
